Welcome, and thank you for being part of Christmas at the Barn! We’re excited to have you join us for a festive, family-friendly event focused on community, giving, and celebration. To help everything run smoothly, please review the following guidelines:

Date & Time: November 15, 2025 

10:00 AM- 5:00 PM


Location: Benton Barn Venue

Set-Up Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 6:00 AM. Please be fully set up 1 hour prior to start of event.


Breakdown Time: Please do not begin packing up before the event ends at 5:00 PM, unless previously approved.

Vendor Booth Requirements

Booth Space: Each vendor will be assigned a designated space. If you need electricity, please let us know in advance.


Tables/Outdoor Tents: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, outdoor tents, and displays.


Table Requirement: Each vendor must bring a 6-foot table for setup. No smaller or larger tables please. This helps us maintain a clean and organized layout.


Table Stoppers Required: To protect the floors inside the barn, all table legs must have rubber or felt stoppers. Tables without protective ends will not be permitted indoors.


Decor: Holiday themed decor is encouraged to create a festive atmosphere!

Vendor Booth Requirements

Booth fee of $50 is due by October 31st, 2025. Payment information will be provided upon application approval. Please ensure you supply a valid email address associated with your application to receive a payment link. All fees are non-refundable.  


This email will come from events@bentonbarnvenue.com. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail.


80% of the event proceeds will be donated to Batson Children’s Hospital and the Yazoo County Sheriff’s Department. Your participation helps us give back, thank you!

All vendors are responsible for complying with any local licensing, health permits (if selling food), and liability insurance if applicable.

This is a family-friendly, Christian-based event. We ask all vendors to maintain a respectful, kind, and cooperative demeanor.


No profanity, fire arms, violence, inappropriate items, or offensive material is permitted.


Please treat fellow vendors, guests, and staff with courtesy and cooperation.

Vendors are expected to keep their area clean during and after the event.


Please remove all trash, leftover materials, and displays before leaving the property.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen changes, updates will be provided via email or phone.
